Според Хеерт Вилдерс пускането на сайта не представлява липса на толерантност.
„Носят ли ви проблеми? Загубихте ли работата си заради централно или източноевропеец? Бихме искали да го чуем от Вас“. Сайтът подканва холандците да докладват за безобразията, замърсяванията и проблемите на пазара на труда, свързани с европейските граждани. „Имате ли проблеми с граждани на ЕС? Партията на свободата разполага с платформа на уебсайта си, в която можете да докладвате тревогите си. Ще четем жалбите Ви и ще предаваме резултатите от тях на министъра по социалните въпроси и заетостта„, се казва още в сайта.
„Нямаме нищо против жителите на Централна и Източна Европа, но определени групи от тези страни създават проблеми в Холандия. Те извършват много престъпления, отнемат работни места на местните хора и използват социалната ни система. Все пак на сайта има възможност както да се оплачеш, така и да обявиш, че нямаш никакви неприятности с българите и румънците„, заяви лидерът на Партията на свободата Хеерт Вилдерс в интервю за предаването „Факторът Кошлуков” по ТВ7.
Холандският политик е категоричен, че целта на сайта е резултатите от него да бъдат представени на холандското правителство. „Имаме сигнали за престъпления, за пиянство на публични места. Властите трябва да са наясно с всичко това и да вземат мерки„, обясни Вилдерс.
Вилдерс смята, че пускането на сайта не представлява липса на толерантност. „Все пак защитаваме интересите на холандци, които гласуват за нас. Борим се за техните интереси. Нямаме никакво намерение да закриваме сайта“, каза политикът и добави, че партията му е категорично против оставането на България и Румъния в Европейския съюз. „Тяхното изхвърляне обаче не е възможно, тъй като ние нямаме мнозинство в парламента, а те вече са пълноправни членки на съюза“.
Hационалистическа вълна в Европа е обяснима с факта, че европейците за първи път не са в ситуация на превъзхождащото всички останали великодушно същество, което може да „извади някой ненужен гулден и да го даде на бедния негър“. Холандците вече са принудени да се конкурират с реални хора, които произвеждат по-бързо и за по-ниско заплащане.
Припомняме, че Холандия е единствената членка на ЕС, еврозоната и Шенген, която продължава да блокира присъединяването на Румъния и България към безвизовото пространство. По-рано позицията й подкрепяше и Финландия, но в края на миналата година Хелзинки отстъпи и призна, че двете страни покриват изискванията за членство.

The Dutch Complaints Bureau Discrimination Internet (MDI) received more than a thousand complaints about the hotline Central and Eastern Europeans established by the Dutch Freedom Party (PVV)
The MDI currently still receives large volume complaints about Central and Eastern Europeans established by the Dutch Freedom Party (PVV) Looking at the current case law and the opinion of the Public Prosecutors’ office, we consider this very suggestive initiative as not in conflict with the anti-discrimination provisions of the Dutch Criminal Code. On the website of the said hotline are no explicit statements to be found that can be regarded as criminally discriminatory. The MDI is not happy at all with this so-called Hotline, which we also see as unnecessary. After all, complaining about the behavior of people in the Netherlands -in the workplace or elsewhere and whatever their nationality is- that’s already possible; with the police and other agencies. We believe that the way things are presented on the Hotline Central and Eastern Europeans website comes down to a witch-hunt and boosts the discriminatory atmosphere already present in society, especially given the large number of complaints (230 in 2011) on discrimination against Poles and other Central and Eastern Europeans on the Internet.
Criminality We believe however that the site is not discriminatory. At least not in the sense of the Dutch anti-discrimination legislation. Under the influence of the political and societal climate and new case law, the way prosecution and judiciary assess discrimination underwent a shift. 15 years ago, the site probably would have been deemed discriminatory and in violation of the Criminal Code.
The role of the MDI In our work, we must make assessments, and we rely on the willingness of posters, authors and owners of potentially discriminatory material on the Internet to remove material, but we also depend on the „big stick“ called Public Prosecutor. Cases we file with the Prosecurors’ office which are not legally viable can have a ‘signalling role’, but lack of prosecution by the Public Prosecutor reduces the effectiveness of the MDI, since it deceases the willingness of posters, authors and owners to remove material.
We now receive hundreds of complaints per day about the hotline Central and Eastern Europeans, but we can’t take action. Everyone is free to (also) complain elsewhere, for example, with the owners of the site itself -after all they say they hold the freedom of speech in high regard- or with the Dutch authorities or politicians.
Other ‘Hotlines’ As a satirical comment on the hotline Central and Eastern Europeans, all kinds of ‘ Hotlines’ are established on the Net right now. Hotlines for complaints about the behavior of Limburgians (the inhabitants of a Dutch Province), Belgians, Native Dutch people, and so on. We get complains about those websites too, but also these sites are in our opinion not discriminatory under Dutch law.
