Поне 50 компании, 6 фирми посредници, 16 собственици и 78-ма акционери от София, Пловдив, Банско, Плевен, Стара Загора, Варна, Севлиево, Правец, Монтана, Созопол, Панагюрищe, Габрово, Русе са били свързани с офшорни регистрации на Бахамите, Сейшелите, Антила, Панама, Ниуе и Британските виржински острови. Още поне 100 са били директори, пълномощници, адвокати, или ликвидатори. Сред тях e имало и чужденци, които живеят или притежават паспорти в България, както и българи, които живеят в чужбина.
